Training of How to Produce Green Noodle (Mie Hijau)

Due to be curious to know how to make noodle or mie pangsit. Once I got the information of training how to produce noodle from my colleague Pak Purwanto  (Owner of Mie Sehati Cafe  in Cikaranga Jababeka II at Roxy food Center).

Directly I registered to join the training.

The training was held from 09.00 am to 01. 00 pm , venue at Roxy Food Center in Cikarang.  On Sunday, Jan 30, 2011.

It seemed  the training was very enthusiastic, many participants payed attention to  the tutor.

The registration was only Rp 50.000,00 (Lima Puluh Ribu Rupiah).  During this training , all the participants could try to do the process from the beginning to end. We also had session of question and answer. At the end of program , we tasted the green noodle which had been boiled/cooked. At least, one bowl , we ate the green noodle/Mie Pangsit.

Do you know how to make the noodle becomes green ?

It is because of  The ingredient is mixture of green mustard(sawi hijau).

The mustard  of blender is mixed into flour. So, the color will be green. The taste is very nice.

The participants were not only from JABODETABEK, even from Batam , Tegal joined to this training. 🙂
